1. Who We Are
This website is owned and operated by Laughing Frog Farm. Throughout these Terms, “we,” “our,” and “us” refer to Laughing Frog Farm.
 

2. Using This Website
By using this site, you confirm that:

  ● You will not use our products or services for illegal or unauthorised purposes.
  ● You will not upload or transmit any harmful code or violate any laws.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
 

3. Products and Services
Some products may only be available online and in limited quantities. We do our best to describe and display
our products accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your screen will display colors or textures exactly as
they appear in real life. We may limit the sale of products to specific individuals, locations, or jurisdictions at our discretion. Product prices and descriptions are subject to change at any time without notice. We shall not be held financially liable for any damages, losses, or costs beyond the original purchase price of the product(s) delivered. This includes, but is not limited to, any materials, substrates, fruiting blocks, spawn, cultures, packaging, leather, or equipment that the customer may have combined with or used in conjunction with our products. By purchasing and using our products, you acknowledge and agree that any additional materials or cultivation projects undertaken with our products are done so at your own risk. We do not assume responsibility for losses resulting from contamination, improper handling, environmental conditions, or compatibility with other materials not provided by us. Our liability is limited solely to the replacement or refund of the product purchased, at our discretion.

4. Live Products Policy (Mycelium and Spawn)
We do not offer refunds on living products, including but not limited to:
  ● Liquid cultures
  ● Agar plates
  ● Culture slants
  ● Spawn blocks
Once a living item leaves our facility, we lose all control over how it is handled, stored, or maintained. For this reason, all sales of living items are final. We are happy to replace living products if they arrive damaged or unusable, provided you notify us within 24 hours of delivery and provide photographic evidence.

5. Shipping and Weather Delays
We only ship living mycelium products when they are mature and healthy. This may delay shipping beyond
standard turnaround times. We also reserve the right to delay shipments due to weather conditions (e.g., extreme heat or freezing) that may threaten product viability. While we strive to deliver quickly, we are not responsible for delays caused by weather or shipping carriers.

6. Account and Order Information
You agree to provide complete and accurate information when placing orders, including valid contact and payment details. We may cancel or limit orders that appear suspicious, duplicate, or placed by resellers without approval.

7. Refunds and Consultations
Mentorships, consultations, and coaching sessions are non-refundable once purchased. Scheduling adjustments may be possible, but cancellations are not eligible for a refund. All other refund and return policies are outlined in our Returns Policy.

8. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including images, text, logos, and digital materials — is the property of Laughing Frog Farm or its content suppliers and may not be copied, distributed, or reused without permission.

9. User-Submitted Content
By submitting comments, messages, or media to us (via email, web forms, or social media), you grant us a non exclusive right to use and publish that content unless you explicitly request otherwise. We may, but are not obligated to, moderate or remove submissions.

9-A. Use of Cultures, Strains, and Spawn (Laughing Frog Farm Genetics Policy)
All mushroom strains, cultures, and spawn developed, sold, or distributed by Laughing Frog Farm are proprietary biological materials. This includes but is not limited to:
  ● Liquid cultures
  ● Agar plates
  ● Slants
  ● Grain spawn
  ● Fruiting blocks
  ● Wild isolates and bred strains listed or referenced on this site
These materials are sold for the sole use of the original purchaser. By purchasing or receiving any Laughing Frog Farm strain or culture, you agree to the following restrictions:
  ● You may cultivate our strains for personal or commercial fruiting purposes on your own premises.
  ● You may not clone, propagate, replicate, or redistribute our strains or cultures in any form (including but              not limited to liquid culture, agar, slants, or spawn) for the purpose of sale, trade, or public distribution.
  ● You may not sell or rebrand our strains or spawn at markets, online stores, expos, classes, or educational              events without prior written permission from Laughing Frog Farm.
  ● You may not list our strains under different names or attempt to pass them off as your own genetic work.
Laughing Frog Farm retains all rights to its strains, including lineage, naming, and public access. We protect our genetics not to limit growers — but to preserve the integrity of our breeding work, our bioprospecting efforts, and the fungal biodiversity we’ve worked to archive and share responsibly. Violators of this policy may be permanently banned from future purchases and may face legal action. If you’d like to collaborate, co-vent, or help distribute strains ethically, reach out. We’re open to partnerships — not piracy.

10. Third-Party Tools and Links
We may offer access to third-party tools or websites. These are provided “as is” without warranties or guarantees. You use them at your own risk and should review the third-party provider’s own terms and privacy policies.

11. Errors and Changes
While we aim to be accurate, occasional errors in pricing, availability, or descriptions may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to cancel or refuse orders placed with incorrect information.

12. Prohibited Uses
You may not use our website or products to:

  ● Infringe on our intellectual property or that of others
